MAIN POINT: The words we use can have an impact on others, and we want to use language that builds one another up and encourages. Truth be told, no one likes the feeling of a muddy/dirty ping pong ball, so imagine the effect that our poor language can have on others!
Preparation: You will need two (or more) buckets filled with mud and enough ping pong balls to spell out a word or series of words. You will have to write letters on the ping pong balls beforehand and sort them so that words can be spelled.
The object is for each team to find all the ping pong balls and unscramble the word (or sentence). Be sure that each team has the same number of letters/words to find to keep it fair. This game gets messy, so plan accordingly.
Note: This game works great with John 9 where Jesus uses mud to heal the blind man or with Ephesians 4:29.
