Tortilla Pictionary

tortilla-pictionary

Choose your teams and make sure they are visible to the audience. [This is a great time to hook up a live video feed to play on video projector(s).] The point of the game is for a student to bite a tortilla into the word assigned to them so their team gets the most points.

Have cards made up beforehand with the names of VERY simple objects on them. Shuffle and let one player from team A choose a card. This player will try to get his/her team to guess the word he/she chose by biting the tortilla into the shape of the object on his/her card. The player biting the tortilla CANNOT say anything! Give team A 90 seconds to guess the word. Team B then repeats these same steps to try to earn points.

The kids have a blast with this one and it is a lot more challenging than you think, so keep the objects VERY simple. You will need tortillas and the cards with the words/objects you have chosen.
