Target

As kids walk into the room, have a large target already pinned to the wall. (Or cork board–something you don't mind getting holes in.) Simply make the target out of a large piece of paper. On a nearby table, have many darts.

Tell the students to draw a picture of someone they dislike or someone who has made them angry in the past. Some girls might draw a picture of a girl who had stolen her boyfriend. Another might draw a picture of his/her little brother. Some might draw pictures of former friends, putting a great deal of detail into the drawing, even drawing pimples on the face.

Have a few students line up, pin their pictures on the target and begin throwing darts. Some students might throw their darts with such force that their targets rip apart.

Remove the target from the wall. Underneath the target, have a picture of Jesus.

Read Matthew 25:40: “I assure you, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!” (Matt. 25:40)
