If you’ve seen the movie Nacho Libre, it’s pretty clean and pretty funny – about like Napoleon Dynamite. It also has as the main character, a monk living in a monastery, who has always wanted to be a professional wrestler. This could go along with “Nacho Libre Night”, complete with build-your-own-nachos. Have each contestant ‘paint’ their thumb like a wrestling character (with markers) and then take an old sheet and a box, and some large rubber bands and dowel rods and make a ‘ring’. Cut two holes in the floor of the ‘ring’ so that the contestants can put their hand through it and commence thumb wrestling. This would even make a hilarious photo op or video op, especially if you had a bell to ring and an announcer, and an audience cheering and booing…
NOTE: If you have a big group and decide to play this game, you will need to have a live video feed hooked up so everyone can see. (See Jonathan’s 7 Deadly Sins of Game Leading for more tips).
