Get 4 volunteers up front and have them sit down on stools, facing the audience. On a low table in front of each of the volunteers, have the ingredients for lemonade: a 1/4 of a lemon each, a teaspoon of sugar, and a glass of water.
Announce that this is a race to make lemonade. When you say “Go,” they must first eat the lemon, then the sugar, drink the water, then they have to jump up (twist, spin…. be creative) and sit down to mix up the ingredients. The first to do this is declared the winner.
