Hand everyone a pipe-cleaner

Everyone take this pipe-cleaner and fold it into the shape of something that would represent how you feel this week. This is NOT contest of who’s the best artist. You can just make it into a letter C for “crappy.” You can make a heart if you feel loved. You can make a circle and say that you feel hollow or “empty.”

You have just 3 minutes to do this.

Now we’re going to go around the circle and share what we made and why.

Now everyone pass your item to the right three people.

Look at your new item. All joking aside, say something positive and encouraging to the person whose item you have.
