Actor 1: (sitting down on a bench with their RIGHT leg over their left.)
Actor 2: (walks in doing something entertaining and/or outrageous like playing with pretend yo-yo, chewing gum. The wilder the better) “Is it time yet?”
Actor 1: (looks up at actor 2, then at their watch) “No.”
Actor 2: (sits down next to actor 1 and puts their RIGHT leg over their left.)
Actor 3: (walks in also doing something entertaining and/or outrageous) “Is it time yet?”
Actor 2: (looks at actor 1) “Is it time yet?
Actor 1: (looks up at actor 2, then to actor 3, then at their watch. Then turns to actor 2) “No.”
Actor 2: (looks at actor 3.) “No.”
Actor 3: (sits down next to actor 1 and puts their RIGHT leg over their left.)
(Repeat this over and over as many times as needed (in this case we are doing it with 5 actors, but keep the pace moving so the crowd doesn’t get bored)
Actor 6: (runs onto the stage, out of breath) “Is It Time Yet?”
(Actor 5 asks actor 4 and so on)
Actor 1: (looks up at actor 6, then to actor 5, then 4, then 3, then 2 then at their watch. Then turns to actor 2 and exclaims) “Yes it’s time!”
(Actor 2 repeats the answer to actor 3 and so on until they reach actor 5 who tells actor 6.)
Actor 6: (sits down and the end of the bench and puts their RIGHT leg over their left.)
(Everbody switches their RIGHT leg from being crossed on their left leg to their LEFT leg onto their right and gives out a great sigh of relief.)
