Rated R for strong violent/gruesome accidents, language and a scene of sexuality.
Directed by David R. Ellis

The only good part of this movie is knowing that it is THE Final Destination.
The fourth Final Destination movie brings back the production team of director David R. Ellis and writer Eric Bress (the guys behind the second film). This installment (presented in 3-D) focuses on a group of teenagers that dodge death at a racetrack, and as always death comes looking for each of them.
I’m not proud of this, but on more than one occasion I have been sucked into one of those really cheesy movies on the SyFy channel. You know…D-list actors, lame stories and some of the worst (but laugh out loud funny) special effects EVER!! SyFy, meet your next feature.
The first Final Destination was pretty interesting; the second one had one of the greatest opening sequences in a horror film; the third one was very forgettable; this one I will remember…but just because it was so bad.
Don’t waste your time…The Final Destination is a “Coaster.”
SHOULD KIDS SEE IT?
Not this one…it is rated R for some really strong violent/gruesome accidents, language and a scene of sexuality.
Side Note:
As said above, we don’t recommend your kids see this film. But on the occasion that they actually have already seen it, you may want to dialogue about the film with them. These questions below may be a help to you.
