This works well in a small town where almost everyone knows the principal, a coach, or favorite teacher. Helps to have or build a good relationship with them. You stop youth group and explain that although they may not know it, you actually are very good at impressions and that some kids at youth group urged you to share this. You do your best impression of the principal (teacher, whomever) and as you really ham it up, they walk in behind you repeating what you say. You realize you have been set up and apologize, they pie you in the face and walk out. Make them the hero.
